Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 7, 2024

At PsychSeva, we strive to provide the best mental health support with transparent policies to ensure fairness for both clients and professionals. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are provided for therapy and psychiatric consultation services.

By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

 

1. General Refund Policy

  • All payments for therapy and psychiatric sessions must be made in advance.

  • Refund eligibility depends on when the cancellation is made.

  • No refunds are provided for completed sessions.

  • Subscription plans are non-refundable once processed.

 

2. Refund Eligibility for Individual Sessions

We offer refunds based on when you cancel your session:

  • 24 hours or more 50% Refund

  • Less than 24 hours No Refund

  • No-show (10+ mins late) No Refund

Key Points:

  • Full refunds are not available unless the cancellation is due to PsychSeva’s system error.

  • If you miss your session (arriving more than 10 minutes late), it is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

  • Sessions cannot be rescheduled within 6 hours of the appointment time.

 

3. Subscription Plan Refund Policy

  • All subscription payments are final. No refunds are provided for unused sessions.

  • If you miss a session, it cannot be carried forward to the next billing cycle.

  • If PsychSeva cancels a session due to technical issues, a rescheduled session will be provided at no extra cost.

 

4. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change, so we allow rescheduling within certain conditions:

  • Clients may reschedule their session up to 6 hours before the appointment.

  • Less than 6 hours notice? The session will be forfeited with no refund or rescheduling.

  • Therapists also follow a 12-hour cancellation rule; if a therapist cancels, you will receive a free rescheduled session or a full refund.

 

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used (UPI, Razorpay, Cashfree, etc.).

  • PsychSeva is not responsible for delays caused by banking/payment service providers.

 

6. Exceptions & Special Cases

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Technical issues that prevent the session from happening.

  • Therapist unavailability without prior notice.

  • Incorrect charges due to system errors.

Clients must email psycheseva@gmail.com within 48 hours of the issue to request a review.

 

7. How to Request a Refund?

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  5.  Review Process: Our team will review the request within 3-5 business days.

  6. Refund Confirmation: If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

8. Changes to This Refund Policy

PsychSeva reserves the right to update this policy as needed. Any changes will be communicated via email or website notifications.
